76LAN188003 Land Rover 88 inches Open Top - Bronze Green.

Decorated in the traditional Land Rover green, our little 88 inches wheelbase model comes with folded down windscreen, registered UKE 80. The signature Series 1 silvered radiator containing the Land Rover badge is masked black and the body sits on a black chassis. The open dark green interior is fitted with a row of three seats moulded in matt grey and additional trim is given a chrome finish.

76LAN188015 Land Rover 88 inches Fire Appliance - British Rail

The Land Rover fulfilled an important task within the fire service, one of its many roles since its 1948 inception. Here we see the 88 inches wheelbase vehicle used as a fire appliance by British Rail, decorated in bright red with silver trim. Presented with an open back to house equipment and featuring ladders which are supported along the length of the vehicle and over the cab, new parts include a hose reel, hoses, heavy duty hose connectors and a winch. Registered LYL 384, the lettering on the doors confirms its use as a BR Fire Tender. This is a useful model for 00 gauge railway modellers, as well as either Land Rover or fire service model collectors - or you may be all three, of course!

76LAN1109002 Land Rover 109 inches Open Back - Blue

Only the second release on the 109 inches wheelbase Land Rover, the bright blue colour scheme looks great against the silver trim and the open back, which also holds the spare wheel, lends itself to all sorts of 1:76 scale accessories. The two seater interior is moulded in grey and the 109 inches specification grille incorporates the Land Rover badge. It is registered UOM 486.

76LAN1109006 Land Rover 109 inches Canvas Back - RUC

We cross to Northern Ireland for this release on the 109 inches Land Rover with canvas back, which is decorated in the Royal Ulster Constabulary livery of the period. Decorated in grey with a dark black grey canvas back, the model is registered WZ 3873. The simple colour scheme is offset by the wealth of detail which features on the vehicle.

76LAN180005 Land Rover 80 inches Open Back - Bronze Green

The final addition to our five piece 1:76 scale set appears with the 80 inches wheelbase spec and an open back featuring an additional component - a flat cover protecting any contents which in real life, may be stored in the rear section. There is no registration plate either. Decorated in the traditional bronze green with a row of three grey seats and lots of silver trim, the windscreen comes folded flat over the front of the bonnet.
