The bacon comes from the lower side of the hog belly, which is seasoned and then smoked for a traditional bacon flavor. It does not contain any nitrates or nitrites. The slower it is cooked, the more crispy the bacon will be. Thick sliced bacon can fry for 15 minutes

Our hogs are raised on pasture by small-scale family farmers in Wisconsin. The hogs are fed a glyphosate free ration while roaming fields and woods. No hormones, antibiotics or GMO feed!
