With the addition of piano and pedal steel, their sound feels like it's finally come home. This band isn't interested in labels and classifications. Are these sounds new? Hell no, and they'll be the first to tell you that. Sure, fans of stuff like John Prine, Lucinda Williams, Gram Parsons, Uncle Tupelo and Lucero will find this record right in their wheelhouse. But this is Saturday night/Sunday morning music. Made by folks informed just as much by the rock and roll and punk they cut their teeth on as the country and bluegrass they've always been surrounded by growing up down here. The band was born in Gainesville, Florida almost twenty years ago. Their songs have always oozed authenticity and honesty. Have always carried the warmth and familiarity one looks for in the good shit. But this time around, the songs sound fully realized and lived in-as if the songs have been dragged around and made to stand up and meet the weird world that birthed them. And running themes are no mistake here. Hearts won. Hearts broken. Babies born. Upheaval. Migration. Growth. Another hangover. Hope. The folks in this band have somehow kept their heads above water all this time. And they want you to keep swimming too. Ripped Together, Torn Apart is the kind of record that will grow on you like a new friend who's somehow irreverent and genuinely compassionate at the same time. That kind of strange duality is what separates great art from, well, everything else.

So much fun

Best money ever spent hours of fun. We have 3 dogs. They all love to play with this toy. We got the size 3 large is what we ordered. I'm not going to lie I thought it would be bigger when I ordered it. Two of our dogs are large breeds and the other is medium. It's not too big for the medium to play with it. It comes with a ball pump included so convenient. The little tabs are very durable. I can't recommend this enough. This has no squeaking or any sounds. It's nice that you can play with your four legged companion or you can have them play tug or just enjoy pushing the ball around. It is very versatile in play and stimulation.

Not for chewers

My dog managed to pop this and completely chew through it in a matter of 4 days. It was definitely cute and she loved the size of it but with her chewing all the way to the core we have to get rid of it. I thought it was a good material but I guess I was wrong. Kind of sad considering the money spent only lasted 4 days

Great dog toy

The amount of stupid and cute these dogs look like when they shake this ball and smack their own faces! It took a hot second for either dog to understand where to bite on the ball, but now that they do, they both will play with it for a while. Great purchase, came with a pump to blow the ball up.

Perfect for my dog

Pup loves this!

My pup loves his soccer balls. These are very durable although if you have a dog that doesn't grasp the concept of using the loops/straps to carry it, teeth could puncture it. They are a good value for the money if your dog likes to chase the ball, I get the smaller size ball for my dog (medium dog). They come with a pump but if you have a bicycle pump or a battery operated pump, it will fill much faster. Ours stay outside and even in the winter, they hold up well, just need a bit more air occasionally to keep it pumped up.
