Life-saver for hands in pain

This is my favorite hand cream. We're in PA and I keep a tube of this by the kitchen sink, in my bedroom, the bathroom, and in my car. I use it all the time and it saves my hands. Ever since I discovered it, I haven't been able to find it in stores again. It's always out of stock, so I guess others have figured it out as well!
