Constructed from high strength 3/16" and 1/4" steel, these shackles and hangers are engineered to resist deflection and bending, a common issue with stock shackle hangers. The redesigned mounting location and length of the shackle improves articulation and droop travel for superior off-road performance. When paired with Deaver U402 leaf springs, shock relocation towers, and 12" shocks you can achieve 13" of travel, a remarkable 30% improvement over the factory setup. This kit is compatible with all OEM replacement leaf springs. The hangers are easily installed using grade 8 mounting hardware. For those seeking even greater strength, an optional cross brace is available. This brace is compatible with the OEM spare tire & the factory tow hitch, although compatibility with certain aftermarket rear bumpers may vary.
