Bottled at between 25% and 27%, both our liqueurs use Stirling Gin as their base spirit. The gin is then macerated with locally sourced fruit and herbs for up to ten days before being hand pressed and bottled with just a touch of sugar. The result is two incredibly fresh liqueurs
