Suggested use:
Food: as a dietary supplement take 1/2 tp - 1tsp daily. You may mix amla powder, honey, lime juice, and water to make a refreshing drink. Amla powder can be sprinkled in fruits or can be added to fresh juices
Hair: 1) combine lemon juice and amla powder in a bowl and apply this mix on your scalp for 5 minutes. Keep for 10 minutes and then wash with a mild shampoo
2) in a bowl, add 2 tbsps of amla powder and shikakai powder. Keep adding water to make a smooth paste. Apply this hair mask all over your hair and scalp. Leave the mask on for 40 minutes and then shampoo.

This ball is perfect for the super Chewer!! It is squishy and durable rubber that stands up to the aggressive chewer. It does not squeak. It has great bounce and is a great toy for fetch. Very cute to watching my pup bring the ball back for another throw. The rubber doesn't stick or have an average powering smell. It smells just like a rubber ball. Pretty
Color: Light Rose Gold Body Glow
This stuff has a strong scent. Sort of beachy, sunscreen smell, which is not my favorite. It is definitely shimmery. I used this for a hawaiian themed party. It was pretty! It dried down fairly quickly. I did place a towel down in my car before I got in it just in case some of it came off the back of my legs and got all over the seat. I wear black pants to work most days, and didn't want a glitter butt every day.

LOVE this product! Bought few bottles because they were on sale. You get such a nice bronze glow. I dont just use on face I put around collar bone area, legs and arms. Subtle glitter and glisten. You dont need a lot. One pumps is small amount, but goes a long way. I get lots of compliments when sun or light hits just right. LOVE LOVE LOVE
