The book's principal aim is to provide a simple, thorough survey of elementary topics in the study of collections of objects, or sets, that possess a mathematical structure.The author begins with an informal discussion of set theory in Chapter 1, reserving coverage of countability for Chapter 5, where it appears in the context of compactness. In the second chapter Professor Mendelson discusses metric spaces, paying particular attention to various distance functions which may be defined on Euclidean n-space and which lead to the ordinary topology. Chapter 3 takes up the concept of topological space, presenting it as a generalization of the concept of a metric space. Chapters 4 and 5 are devoted to a discussion of the two most important topological properties: connectedness and compactness. Update:
I’ve had this charger for about 9-10 months. I still love it, but it seems that the watch charger is only working intermittently. Sometimes it charges and sometimes it doesn’t. Another odd thing with the watch charger is that my watch will chime occasionally in the middle of the night. Doesn’t do this on the standard Apple Watch charger, so, I’m not sure what is causing this. Due to these issues with the watch charger, I dropped one star.
Original Review:
This charger is great. The magnetic hold is strong and it keeps my iPhone 16 pro max solidly in place all night. Despite this solid hold it can remove it easily by sliding the phone up or down off of the magnet. The fact that I can charge my watch and air pods simultaneously is even better. Being able to store all three items on one device that takes up a small footprint on my nightstand is even better. The hold on these items is very light and they are easy to remove as well. There is a small green led light, but I can say I don’t even notice it.
