What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that works with the body’s innate intelligence to clear energy blockages, rebalance the chakras, and create the conditions for deep rest and healing. Some of what you're carrying may not even be originally yours. Reiki helps your body release those attachments so you can more easily align with your true self.
Distance sessions are just as powerful as in-person work (energy is non-local & doesn’t require physical proximity to move) and many people find they drop even more deeply when they’re in the comfort of their own home.

What to Expect
1. We’ll connect at the start of your session so I can understand where you are and what you’re working with.
2. You'll find a comfortable place to lie down (somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed) and simply rest for about 30 minutes while I work on your energy field from a distance.
3. I’ll move through the major energy centers of the body, clearing what needs to move and sending love to what needs support. You may feel warmth, tingling, emotional release, or simply drift into a light sleep. All responses are welcome and valid.
4. When the session is complete, we’ll reconnect for a debrief. I’ll share what came up, what I noticed in your field, and offer grounding guidance to help you integrate.
5. You’ll also receive a follow-up check-in a few days after your session to see how you are getting on.
