Please note, french blue is very, very similar to the blue in the pop but not a 100% perfect match.

Garlands will follow the pattern of: 4 balls, 1 pop, 4 balls, 1 pop, 4 balls, etc. There are 3 spacings to choose from: 4 felt shapes per foot, 8 felt shapes per foot, and touching felt shapes.
