This Namgyalma Protective Amulet is a folded and tied square protective amulet with mantras and other protective formulae contained within. This amulet depicts Namgyalma, the Diety of Long Life and Purification. The mantra of Namgyalma has infinite powerful benefits. It is said that anyone who hears this mantra, this will be the last time that person is born in the womb. If animals hear it, they will not be reborn in the lower realms.

This amulet can be sewn into a protective pouch and worn as a pendant, carried in a purse or bag or hung above a door.

These are considered very powerful items and should be used respectfully. These amulets should not be unstrung and taken apart and if it is no longer wanted, it should be burned in a clean fire or buried in a very secluded place.

Glowy but not sure about the spf

My first impression was that this works more like a basic body shimmer than anything else. The Glistening Bronze shade gives a noticeable glow, especially on arms and shoulders. It spreads easily and adds a warm shimmer in the light, but the overall effect feels pretty simple and more cosmetic than skincare focused. In use, the oil blends in smoothly and feels lightweight on the skin. It does leave a bit of moisture behind, similar to a light body oil, and the shimmer shows up well outdoors. The bronze tone is fairly deep, so it seems better suited for medium to darker skin tones or anyone who wants a stronger bronzed glow. The product mentions SPF 45, but there is very little information about the sun protection side of it, so I personally treat this more like a shimmer oil than a sunscreen.
